Do you service HVAC units?

Trane HVAC ProductsYes, we provide repair, maintenance, and installation services for central heating and air conditioning units. We also can also repair or replace ductwork systems.

What are your credentials?

We hold a state mechanical, plumbing and master electrician license (53981, CMC-C, CMC-A, and CE). We are an A+ rated accredited business with the BBB of Middle Tennessee. We have been awarded with the Super Service Award from Angie’s List 9 years and counting! We are NATE certified. We are a Trane Comfort Specialist. We are licensed, bonded and insured.

How much is your service call fee?

Our dispatch fees for residential clients is based on a radius from our office location (2211 Dortch Avenue, Nashville, TN 37210)

  • $85 for Residential clients within a 20-mile radius
  • $100 for Residential clients within a 21 to 25-mile radius.
  • $150 for Commercial businesses

This fee applies to Monday through Friday service. This covers our trip and diagnosis of the problem and is non-refundable and non-deductible from repairs. Please call us if you any other questions about diagnoses: 615-837-4449.

Do you provide free estimates on replacement units?

Yes, we provide free estimates for heating and cooling systems and other HVAC projects. Please call us to schedule an on-site visit.

Do you provide free estimates on repairs?

Before we can give pricing on repairs, we need one of our highly trained technicians to diagnose the problem with the unit. A dispatch fee applies for the visit.

Do you give free second opinions?

We give free second opinions for the repair of major system components including compressors, and heat exchangers within 14 business days of the original diagnosis. Please supply documentation of the original service call.

How much is a checkup? How often should they be performed?

We offer a discounted price for members of our maintenance program, Comfort Club. Members receive a 15% discount on repairs. Residential Comfort Club memberships are $130 per year for the first unit and $110 for each additional unit or $12.78 per month on the first unit and $11.12 per month on the additional units. This can be paid annually or monthly by credit or debit card. Our multi-point inspections are $100 per system for a one-time check-up. Residents of condominium complexes may require a custom quote. The industry recommendation is 2 checkups per year: an air conditioning checkup in the Spring or Summer and a heating checkup in the fall or winter. Do you offer financing? If so, what are the rates and who do you use?

Yes, we offer financing through Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. We have a variety of financing options with approved credit. No down payment is required. Please call us for more details (615-837-4449) or apply online.

Do you perform electrical services?
