"I was nervous for a long time about finding the right person to come out and finish a job that a contractor friend had started, fearful of having the job left incomplete again. Temp Control, LLC did everything and more to make sure the job passed inspection on time, and thoroughly. I own a 1911 home, not an easy "in-and-out" job for most types of repairs, and was concerned that a contractor would come through after the bid and find "surprises" to up the bid. Temp Control, LLC found a few surprises but still managed to stay within the bid. They were also very helpful on advice/codes issues that I needed to be aware of.
