“As many people did during the May floods, we lost our furnace and air-conditioner due to a flooded basement. We called several companies for estimates. Admittedly some were less expensive and no-one INCLUDING Temp Control charged us for an estimate. The reason we chose Temp Control was that Eloy (owner) was very knowledgeable about HVAC, but also took the time to explain what he felt would perform best in our 1929 home. He had a member of his team come out and measure the house to make sure we got the correct size unit. TC's team was there before 8 am and worked for 12 hours to get the units installed. Now folks this is crawling under the house in 90°+ heat and Eloy was right there with them. Eloy gave us suggestions on filters and also enlarged our floor vents to help us get more heat/air into the rooms. We are very happy with the units and with their service and attitude. Susan is great and worked with us on financing, etc. They are just great people. It is a small company and prides itself on giving its customers A+ service. And we got a hand written thank you note from them for giving them our business! I am sure we could have gotten it done cheaper, but would we have gotten as good a quality product and I dare to say this great customer service? I now have a company I trust to do my work. Instead of “shopping,” I will just call Temp Control”

"I was nervous for a long time about finding the right person to come out and finish a job that a contractor friend had started, fearful of having the job left incomplete again. Temp Control, LLC did everything and more to make sure the job passed inspection on time, and thoroughly. I own a 1911 home, not an easy "in-and-out" job for most types of repairs, and was concerned that a contractor would come through after the bid and find "surprises" to up the bid. Temp Control, LLC found a few surprises but still managed to stay within the bid. They were also very helpful on advice/codes issues that I needed to be aware of. So many stories of jobs unfinished and people getting shafted in this town, and I feel very fortunate to have happened upon such a thorough and professional company to do the job. The home office also has terrific follow-through. Very highly recommended by me, I couldn't be more pleased!"
