In 2004, we started a company called Temp Control LLC with the purpose of serving our neighbors in the Nashville Area and surrounding communities. Our beliefs are that you should have access to high quality, professional, and courteous service at an affordable price. We began by offering A/C service calls, preventive maintenance checks, and replacement A/C units. We then added a wide variety of residential electrical services such as house rewiring, panel upgrades, additional service entrances, and lighting projects to name a few.

We service all brands, and we specialize in all aspects of residential indoor climate control meaning that we go beyond heating repair and air conditioning service. We strive to find the comfort level you desire in your Nashville home. We do this by continually poling our clients’ needs and desires for comfort in the process of servicing their furnace, heat pump, or air conditioner or in the process of designing a replacement comfort system.
Biographies
Eloy Saban, Founder, President
A native of Mar del Plata, Argentina, Eloy is trained as an electromechanical technician and has a wide background including programmable logic controls (PLC) design and fabrication, HVAC design and installation, and electromechanical diagnostic skills. Eloy leads our company as a NATE-certified technician and manual-J certified for load calculations, and he thrives on providing employee training and business improvement opportunities. Eloy visits clients and provides estimates for new HVAC systems and manages our Installation and Service Departments.
Susan Saban, PhD, Founder, Vice President
Susan was born and raised in Central Minnesota and has fond childhood memories of family trips to Tennessee. Susan has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Chemistry from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN, and earned her doctorate from Vanderbilt University where she trained as an electron microscopist. While raising a family in Nashville, she is now applying problem solving skills to business management.
Jeromy Wright, Installer
Jeromy grew up in Middle Tennesse. He is a highly skilled heating and air conditioning system installer. He has worked in installations for over 8 years. Jeromy also enjoys providing heating and cooling maintenance to our clients. Jeromy is EPA and TRAC-Pipe Certified.
Renee Wise, Office Assistant
Renee Wise is a lifetime Tennessean and has rich family history in HVAC. Renee has held a variety of positions related to HVAC office administration, and has a skilled hand in client phone reception. For Temp Control LLC, Renee schedules our clients’ needs for service and manages many behind the scene office operations.
